We will reply to you within ten calendar days from the date of receipt. If a substantive reply is not possible within this period, we will provide an interim reply. If further information is required, we will respond within 21 calendar days from the date of receipt. For complicated cases requiring longer processing time, we will keep you informed of the progress.
If you have further view on the handling or the outcome of your enquiry/complaint, you may write to the head of the office/centre concerned. Addresses and fax numbers are shown in the tables above.
Please note that it is voluntary for enquirers/complainants to supply their personal data. All personal data submitted will only be used for purposes which are directly related to the enquiries/complaints concerned and this may require the personal data to be passed to other departments/other relevant authorities. Whilst the enquirers/complainants can object to a referral, this may hinder or prevent a thorough handling/investigation of the enquiries/complaints concerned.
